JM Care has access to a wide of variety of accommodation in Essex. At present we operate in 13 different properties, each one selected according to individual need.

One example is Ashtree Cottage, a beautiful two storey house with its own private garden and car park located in peaceful Shoeburyness. It is partiularly suitable for tenants seeking peace, quiet and seclusion.

The house is surrounded by trees, which ensures extra privacy. It can accommodate up to four tenants. It offers four double en-suite bedrooms; spacious modern kitchen; large living room leading out onto patio and decking area with gazebo. There is also a separate office for private meetings.
