At JM Care we adopt a person-centred approach to care planning, ensuring that each client has significant influence on the process whilst also incorporating a high level of input from the relevant professional services.

Every care plan is a work in progress which must be regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the individual’s changing circumstances, desires and needs. All our staff receive training in care planning so that they fully understand the process and its importance to the delivery of consistent care.
